The Journal of Law and Corruption Review is an international platform dedicated to fostering critical reflection and rigorous scholarly debate at the intersection of law and corruption studies. Acknowledging corruption as one of the most significant challenges to governance, sustainable development, and institutional legitimacy worldwide, the journal aims to advance both academic understanding and practical insights into the mechanisms, impacts, and strategies related to the prevention and combatting of corruption. The journal is supported by Florida Christian University and maintained with the editorial, technical, and scientific expertise of Editora Alumni In.
At its core, the journal explores the multifaceted nature of corruption, addressing its legal, political, economic, and social dimensions. It welcomes contributions that analyze corruption as a global phenomenon, emphasizing its impact on the rule of law, human rights, public administration, corporate governance, and sustainable development.
